We invite you to test a Writefull's scientific proofreading tool. The Writefull is a tool designed for academics and university students to proofread scientific texts in English. The Writefull uses language models based on artificial intelligence (AI) and "learns" from the based on the texts of millions of scientific journal articles.
The tool offers several components:
- A Writefull for Word and a Writefull for Overleaf, plug-ins for word processors that allow you to improve grammar, punctuation, spelling and style as you work on your text and additionally suggest vocabulary relevant to your discipline,
- A Writefull Revise, an on-line service that enables analysis of already prepared texts,
- A Writefull Cite, an online service based on artificial intelligence that recognises potential citations and the need to complete a bibliography.
Using Writefull
The Writefull tool requires an Internet access, installation of the appropriate plug-in [writefull.com/researchers] and account registration using the email address in the university domain (@pwr.edu.pl or @student.pwr.edu.pl):
- A Writefull for Word - installing the appropriate plug-in [writefull.com/researchers], registering an account at: word.writefull.ai/index, then logging into Word, tab: Writefull,
- A Writefull for Overleaf - installing the plugin [writefull.com/researchers], then registering

Restrictions:
The information contained in the files is solely for the use of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and is not permitted to be transferred outside the University's staff and students.
