The currently binding agreement provides the following limits for open access articles funded by the MNiSW grant for the entire consortium: 17 articles in 2025.

Terms of use of the Lippincott Williams & Wilkins program:

• affiliation of the corresponding author with an institution covered by the consortium agreement,
• the article must be accepted, successfully pass peer review, and be approved for publication in the current year,
• the article must be accepted to any of the 249 hybrid journals covered by the program (xlsx for download).

Recommendations:

• the pool of articles is not allocated to institutions; eligibility for funding of publication costs is determined by the order in which articles are accepted for publication.

Program initiation:

• the corresponding author (submitting the article), after receiving acceptance from the editorial office, should contact ICM UW by email at: wbnoa@icm.edu.pl, sending the first page of the accepted article,
• the affiliation on the first page of the article should be consistent with the list of institutions participating in the consortium
