The 2025 publishing program has been closed due to the exhaustion of the article quota allocated for 2025.
The 2026 program will be resumed in March–April 2026.

Taylor & Francis Open Publishing Program – Virtual Library of Science
List of hybrid and fully open access T&F journals covered by the program

Terms of use of the T&F publishing program:

• affiliation of the corresponding author to WUST;
• the article should successfully pass the review process and be accepted for publication, the date of publication is decisive;
• the article should be accepted for publication in one of the hybrid or full open access journals covered by the program.

Recommendations:

• the possibility of using the program depends on the order of applications submitted by the authors after the articles have been accepted for publication (the pool of articles is available for use by all institutions participating in the consortium);
• authors' use of institutional e-mail addresses (…@pwr.edu.pl);
• The publisher offers the possibility of publishing articles under one of three Creative Commons licenses: CC BY, CC BY-NC, CC BY-NC-ND, if it is offered by the journal to which the article was submitted, but the license recommended under Plan S is the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).

Initiating the program:

The author submits the article via the standard submission process to the selected participating Taylor & Francis journal. The author will be identified when submitting the article, and the identification will be based on the institutional e-mail domain (…@pwr.edu.pl) or the standardized name of the institution available in the list of institution names used in the publishing process management system.

Disclaimers:

• the pool of articles is not divided into institutions, the possibility of using the program is determined by the order of articles accepted for publication,
• the number of articles in the pool can be checked by contacting the Wrocław University of Science and Technology Library at: elzbieta.wanczyk@pwr.edu.pl, 
• the copyright owner should agree to the applicable publication conditions by concluding a publishing agreement with the publisher,
