Policies & Requirements
- Wrocław University of Science and Technology – Institutional Policy on Openness. It supports Open Access and open research outputs (publications and data), recommends CC BY/CC BY-SA licenses, and encourages sharing data with accompanying metadata; the scope of openness is determined by the Creator.
- National policy (PL). Publicly funded research data: national policy promotes open access and FAIR practices – check obligations and timelines in the ministerial policy: Polityka otwartego dostępu do danych badawczych finansowanych ze środków publicznych (MNiSW)
- Horizon Europe (European Commission). There are two mandatory practices: Open access to publications and open access to research data based on the principle of ‘as open as possible, as closed as necessary’. DMP required by month 6 and updated: Open science in Horizon Europe
- NCN (Polish National Science Centre). DMP required in proposals; manage data per FAIR and openness principles (“as open as possible…”); report on DMP implementation: NCN – Wytyczne do wypełnienia DMP
- ERC (within Horizon Europe). Submit a DMP by month 6; follow HE Model Grant Agreement on RDM and open research data: ERC – Open Research Data & DMP
