• EBL ebooks can be downloaded for reading offline or bought,
• Over  135 000 titles,
• You will find an instruction here: pwr.eblib.com/patron,
• Create an account ( Request new account),
• Required e-mail address in a WUST domain,
• Confirm your account: click an activating link ( will be sent to your e-mail account in 24h from the moment of your registation),
• Log in to EBL,
• Choose a publication to be borrowed,
• Now you can: Read Online (Browse) the content for 5 minutes or Request Access – using this you can ask to borrow a publication for 1 day or 1 week,
• Confirmation or rejection will be sent to e-mail address,
• Costs for a 1 day loan  is 5% of the  book purchase  price; 7 days – 10%,
• The Center pays for borrowed books,
• Printing and copying policy: the default print allowance is 20%  and 5% to copy a ebook’s total content,
• To borrow a book ( for 1 day or 1 week) you have to use devices with software Adobe Digital Editions. More information available here: blogs.adobe.com,
• To use purchased titles- log in on the platform,
• A list of titles purchased by Centrum,
• A numer of simultaneous users depends on a title: 1 / title (SUPO - single-user license), 3 / title (3USER - three-user license), unlimited / title(MUPO - multi-user license),
